Mahua flower, also known as Madhuca longifolia, is a flowering plant native to India. It is a popular ingredient in many traditional Indian dishes and has a unique flavor that makes it a favorite among many.

Roasting process is done at Aranya's facility in tribal part of Gujarat by women of surrounding villages.
